Cracking pressure

Check Valves are built in hexagonal bodies made of steel, suitable to be mounted in line with the hoses. They are available with 3 different setting values: 0.5 bar, 2 bar, 5 bar. Some Check Valves have a vent, which allows the disposal of purged water into an existing drain. The Valves require a minimum upstream pressure in order to open. This is called the cracking pressure. The cracking pressure changed based on the valves design and size.
